Terms

These terms apply when you book a run with Incola, run by Conrad, a local runner in Copenhagen. By booking, you agree to them.

Incola Running is operated by Conrad Schat-Holm, Copenhagen, Denmark. CVR 46869478.

Your health and your own risk

Running is a physical activity, and you take part at your own risk. Only book a distance you can run on your own at an easy pace. If you have an injury, a heart or breathing condition, are pregnant or are unsure whether you should run, ask a doctor before you book.

Tell me before the run about anything that matters for your safety. We can slow down, shorten the route or stop at any time, and you can always step out of the run.

On the run

We run on public streets, paths and bridges in a living city. Watch where you step, follow traffic rules and my instructions at crossings. I can ask a runner to stop or leave the run if continuing would be unsafe for them or the group. In that case there is no refund.

If someone gets hurt, we stop, and I help you get medical help. Wear shoes and clothes you can run in, and bring water if you need it.

Insurance

You need your own travel or health insurance that covers sport and running. Incola does not cover your personal injuries, lost items or costs for treatment, except where Danish law says otherwise.

Liability

Incola is only liable to the extent required by Danish law, for example if an injury is caused by gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Danish law.

Booking and cancellation

You can cancel for free until 24 hours before the run. After that there is no refund. If the weather looks bad, you can move your run to another day for free. If I have to cancel, you get your money back in full.
